Directions
- Probiotic Gold - take one capsule daily with or after a meal.
- Digest Tisane - Infuse a heaped teaspoon in hot water using your infuser and your favourite mug for 5-15 minutes. Drink after a meal and up to 3 cups a day.
Cautions
- Some people may experience stomach upset, gas or bloating for the first few days of taking a probiotic.
