Harmony is a delicate, decadent blend to help keep hormones in balance. Although specifically designed for women's health, this delicious blend can be enjoyed by everyone. It is comforting and soothing served hot, relaxing and refreshing chilled.
Experiences of PMS, peri-menopause, menopause and problems with menstruation can range from mildly inconvenient to totally debilitating. While tisanes are a wonderful way of getting these helpful herbs into your body, you may also benefit from more concentrated extracts, such as tinctures or capsules.
Harmony is available loose and in pyramid bags. The bags are made from paper with a natural alternative to glue, they are non-GMO, biodegradable and home-compostable and made in Scotland.

What's In It?
- Raspberries contain antioxidants (and are delicious).
- Rose petals are mildly sedative, cooling and can even lower cholesterol.
- Raspberry leaf is traditionally used for uterine health. It contains vitamin B6, which is great for combatting PMS and regulating hormones.
- Lady's mantle is used for menstrual problems such as cramps and heavy bleeding. It can also be prescribed for fibroids and endometriosis and has a progesteronic effect.
- Damiana is a Mayan aphrodisiac and helps improve mood. It is used as a sexual restorative by all genders, and can specifically help with headaches related to menstruation.
Instructions
To make an infusion, steep 1-2 teaspoons of loose tisane (or a tisane bag) in hot water for 5-15 minutes, then strain and sip. Drink up to 3 cups a day. Cover while infusing.
