Spiced Orange is a warming, citrus blend for cold autumn days. This blend of herbs and spices packs an antioxidant punch while supporting the immune system, regulating the digestive system and reducing inflammation.
Spiced Orange is available loose and in pyramid bags. The bags are made from paper with a natural alternative to glue, they are non-GMO, biodegradable and home-compostable and made in Scotland.

What's In It?
- Orange peel contains aromatic oils and can help the immune and digestive systems.
- Ginger gives a fiery warmth and supports the immune system as well as improving circulation.
- Cinnamon has antiviral properties and is a warming stimulant.
- Green aniseed is great for digestion and has antibacterial and antifungal properties.
- Liquorice root is naturally sweet and supports the immune system.
Instructions
To make an infusion, steep 1-2 teaspoons of loose tisane (or a tisane bag) in boiling water for 5-15 minutes, then strain and sip. Drink up to 3 cups a day. Cover while infusing.
To make a decoction, simmer 1-2 teaspoons of loose tisane per cup in gently boiling water using a saucepan (with a lid) for 20 minutes. Strain and drink up to three cups a day.

Cautions
- Excessive, regular consumption of liquorice root can contribute to increased blood pressure.
