Unwind is a light, fruity infusion that is designed to help relax and calm. Relieving tension in the body and quieting a racing mind can promote good quality sleep.
Unwind is available loose and in pyramid bags. The bags are made from paper with a natural alternative to glue, they are non-GMO, biodegradable and home-compostable and made in Scotland.

What's In It?
- Lemon balm can soothe the nervous system and is widely used for anxiety and stress.
- Hibiscus is packed with antioxidants and vitamin C, it has anti-inflammatory properties and can even lower blood pressure.
- Linden (lime flower) can soothe tension, stress and panic.
- Passionflower is calming and can reduce anxiety. Its gentle sedative effects make it useful for tension and irritability.
- Chamomile is widely used to promote calmness and muscle relaxation.
Instructions
To make an infusion, steep 1-2 teaspoons of loose tisane (or a tisane bag) in hot water for 5-15 minutes, then strain and sip. Drink up to 3 cups a day. Cover while infusing.
