Cleanse is available loose and in pyramid bags. The bags are made from paper with a natural alternative to glue, they are non-GMO, biodegradable and home-compostable and made in Scotland.

Instructions
To make an infusion, infuse,1-2 teaspoons of loose tisane (or a tisane bag) in hot water for 5-15 minutes, strain and sip. Drink up to 3 cups a day. Cover while infusing.
